Our desire is for you to enjoy your new Windows and Doors for a lifetime which is why we have provided you with all the Maintenance and Care Instructions you need to ensure optimal operation and condition.
In addition to the Maintenance and Care Information, we also offer an Annual Service Program to help ensure your Windows and Doors remain in factory condition for as long as you own your home.

INCLUDES
WINDOWS:
- Interior and Exterior inspection of window frames for any finish failure, cracks or joint
- Interior and Exterior inspection of window sashes for any finish failure, cracks or joint
- Inspection of all locks, slides, or other mechanical items, for non-optimal or inefficient operation
- Inspect bottom & top of each sash (wood frame that holds glass) ensure finish is in good condition and covers 100% of all wood
- Inspect glazing point where glass meets wood on interior and exterior for potential separation of glazing.
- Inspect interior and exterior glazing points where glass meets wood for any discoloration from condensation
- Inspect weather-strips and sweeps for proper fit & finish as well as wear & tear
- Inspect glass for any signs for seal failure in the glass; usually noted by fog or condensation between the panes of glass.
- Check and lubricate operating mechanical items such locks, tracks, or any other mechanical item
- Light cleaning of sills and tracks
DOORS:
- Interior and Exterior inspection of door frames for any finish failure, cracks or joint
- Interior and Exterior inspection of door panels for any finish failure, cracks or joint
- Inspection of all locks, slides, or other mechanical items, for non-optimal or inefficient operation
- Inspect bottom & top of each door to ensure finish is in good condition and covers 100% of all wood
- Inspect glazing point where glass meets wood (if applicable) on interior and exterior for potential separation of glazing.
- Inspect interior and exterior glazing points where glass meets wood for any discoloration from condensation
- Inspect weather-strips and door sweeps for proper fit & finish as well as wear & tear
- Inspect glass for any signs for seal failure in the glass; usually noted by fog or condensation between the panes of glass.

Additional parts and labor not otherwise covered under the Manufacturer warranty, Old Mission Windows warranty, or listed above, will be quoted separately and scheduled at a later date convenient for you. This program is designed to ensure safe, optimal, factory operating conditions for as long as you own your windows and is highly recommended.
